We had cold water most of the time and the shower after running for 5 minutes only got to lukewarm intermittently. We had to boil water on the stove to clean our baby's bottles and giving her a bath was out of the question (to cold for a baby). ”

“Heater sounded like a jet plane taking off, there was a hole in the bottom of the door. Housekeeping didn't show up the whole time. When I pulled the blankets back there was a live bug on them. The pillows were terrible, and the final complaint is the noise from early morning until late night. I recommend not staying here I left and found another hotel.”
